In all our villas the Check-In is at 14.00 Hours and the Check-Out is at 11.00 Hours
You may search the villas and its facilities at our website or you may give us a call on the numbers provided and our executive will guide you through your needy
Well in all our villas the process of booking is made by speaking to our Specialist and when you have finalized a villa you will receive a tentative confirmation mail to block the villa
Once you receive the confirmation mail from the our executive, it is guaranteed that we have a villa blocked for you.
No! Only after a advance payment we would be able to block the villa.
Yes! Because all our villas 5 star Luxury Properties and are self catering villas, but incase if you want Breakfast we could organize it on a Extra charge.
A Security Deposit of 20000/- and sometimes more depending on the villa should be paid at the Villa which will be refunded at the time of Check-Out.
Yes! We do organize transportations for pick up and drop on request of the guest.
Most of our Villas do not allow pets but few villas are pet friendly, but please check with your specialist during the time of reservation.
Our villas are mostly located in North Goa in Candolim,Baga, Calangute and Vagator which are the happening hubs of Goa.
Not much Restrictions but some of our villas does not allow Smoking in the rooms.
Maximum Occupancy in a room is 2 Adults and 1 extra Person at an Extra charge.
The Charge for Extra Person is 1500/- Per Night
We actually do not have a Restaurant but we do have a fully equipped kitchen where we could arrange a Chef for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Extra Charge.
Yes we have security personnel for all our villas round the clock
Not actually, you won’t be refunded.Liability as per E-mail.

Cancellation process can be done but

  • 15 days or more before the journey: 10% deduction.
  • 7 to 14 days before the journey: 50% deduction
  • 2 to 6 days before the journey: 75% deduction
  • 48 hrs before the journey or no show: Non refundable

Peak Season Cancellation Policy

Following policy will be applicable in peak seasons included (but not restricted to) below.

15 days or more before the journey: 50% deduction
Less than 15 days before the journey: Non refundable

We accept Cash, All International Cards and Paytm Transactions.
Our Tariff Ranges from 10000 to 75000
Children Below (5 Years) are not Charged but the ones above 5 are charged on basis of an Extra Person.
The Confirmation mail which our executive has sent you with a Booking Confirmation number and a Government issued Identity Proof and the Passport is necessary if incase the guest is of another nationality.

Yes we do have Doctor on Call.
Yes! We do Have Housekeeping Operating round the clock.
We Have a Caretaker to help you for any needs.
We would sort out the problem in the villa or if not done we would Surely Upgrade You to another villa immediately.
Yes we do Have First-Aid.
Yes we do have a Residential manager at all our villas to call if you have any issues.
We Can’t promise you for a Early Check-in, but Depending on the availability we could offer you.
Yes we do! We have Music Players in all our villas.
