BOOKING PROCEDURE

Once we receive your confirmation mail, we will block the rooms tentatively and confirm on payment of 1 day advance minimum.

You can book your package by making advance payment of 50%. However, you need to make the full payment 30 days before the date of travel. For travel during peak season, you need to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation.

You can make the payment via CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD, Upon request our representative will share link for payment with you. You can also do ONLINE BANK TRANSFER at the below account.

Once we receive the payment, we will send you the RECEIPT acknowledging the amount received and confirming the package.

We will send you the Cottage/Villa VOUCHERS 1 days before travel. Please carry their printouts.

We will send you the driver details 1 day before your travel if you book transport from us.

In case of any emergency situation where villa is not accessible, we will upgrade your stay


CANCELLATION POLICY

For All Bookings

Any cancellations post the payment will attract a conveyance fees of 10% of the total amount even if not under the cancellation policy.

Standard Policy Excluding the Peak Dates :

• Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.

*Cancellation charges will apply on the total value of booking.

• COVID cancellation will apply only when there is state lock down causing travel ban to Goa in which case credit note will be given for future use upto 6months.

60 days or more before the journey: no deduction on the total booking amount 60 to 30 days before the journey: 25% deduction on the total booking amount 30 to 15 days before the journey : 50% deduction on the total booking amount 15 days and below : no refund.(100% Cancelation charges)

Peak Season Cancellation Policy:

Following policy will be applicable in peak seasons included (but not restricted to) below.

60 days or more before the journey: 25% deduction. Less than 60 days before the journey: Non refundable & Non Cancellable.
